Magnesium Test Kit
Introducing the PARA TEST brand Water Quality Testing Kit, a reliable and accurate solution for measuring water values in the aquaculture industry. The kit includes a Magnesium (Mg) and Total Hardness Test, specifically designed for testing seawater.
The Aquacare 2000.9 PARA Magnesium TEST has a range of 50 - 1,500 mg/l (ppm) and includes 50 tests.
To calculate the Magnesium (Mg) value, use the formula:
Magnesium value = (Test A minus Test B) multiplied by 50.
For example, if Test A yielded 25 drops and Test B yielded 5 drops, the Magnesium value would be (25 - 5) = 20 x 50 = 1,000 mg/L.
To determine the Total Hardness (Hardness) value, use the formula: Total hardness = Test A x 200 (mg/L calcium carbonate). This kit provides a convenient and accurate way to test and monitor the water quality in your shrimp industry operations.
